The month-long show is a spatial experience that features 17 art installations in LED display cubes, which includes one giant cube, a dozen smaller cubes by university students and works by Japan-based digital artist and designer Kaoru Tanaka, local design agency FabU and artist-architect Jun Ong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These cube installations have live media art mapped onto the digital canvases, creating a vivid field of visual spectacle overlapped with soundtrack curated by award-winning music production company Inner Voices Productions, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in real-life data which reveals the past and present of pressing issues in Malaysia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exhibit&nbsp;iNYALA&nbsp;2022 revolves around the theme of the United Nations\u2019 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a comprehensive set of goals to end poverty, protect our planet and improve living conditions of the global population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1099\" height=\"549\" src=\"https:\/\/inyala.my\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/2-1024x512.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6010\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inyala.my\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/2-1024x512.png 1024w, https:\/\/inyala.my\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/2-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/inyala.my\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/2-768x384.png 768w, https:\/\/inyala.my\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/2.png 1099w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1099px) 100vw, 1099px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The digital artworks on display invite the audience to contemplate on Malaysia\u2019s progress in achieving a balanced human, social, economic and environmental sustainability through a combination of data, visual, sound, space and light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the open call for student submissions earlier this year, the organizer invited proposals for generative artwork based on any of these Goals.
